Shangri-La Diet - Day 5

Weight: 197 lbs.
Weight Lost Since Beginning: 2 lbs.


I took the day off yesterday, both from the diet and from blogging. Yesterday morning, I felt really nauseous and light-headed, so I thought I better take a break from the diet.

By yesterday afternoon, I was back to normal. I ended up back in my old snacking habits too.

I think I have been taking too much of the sugar water for my body. I have always been very sensitive to medicines. I usually need a lot less than your average person. So maybe it is the same with this.

This morning, I only took one tablespoon of sugar in my water. It did reduce my appetite for lunch, so I ate less than my usual lunch.

I did feel a little nauseous when I first took the sugar water today, but that is gone now. I still do feel kind of light-headed.
